Frequently Asked Questions
How should I get in touch?
Please use the information on the contact me page and include the following so that I can deal with your enquiry efficiently;
- Your name
- Date for which you require my services
- The time by which you need to be ready
- Name and address of your venue
- How many people require my services
- Any other important information including allergies or styles you wish to achieve
Do you charge for travel or accommodation?
Yes, please see my terms and conditions. I will provide you with a fixed fee cost for any travel or accomodation at the time of booking.
Do you have any special rates for mid week or low season weddings?
Please contact me for a quote which is only valid once agreed in writing.
How do I secure my booking?
With a deposit of £50, which will be deducted from the final balance. Until this is paid, I cannot reserve your date. Please note that if paid by cheque, your date is not reserved until your payment has cleared. The balance is due one week before your event and trials should be paid for on the day.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
How long should I leave for my make-up?
I will discuss a specific timetable with you to meet your exact requirements but as a rule of thumb, I would advise that we aim to have you ready an hour before you need to leave for the ceremony, with 1.5 hours for your make-up and 1 hour for each of your bridesmaids and mums.
Are individual lashes included in the price?
Lashes are possibly my favourite thing, and I feel that they only add to the effect of perfectly applied make-up. The cost of the application is therefore included in the price. I am not able to offer a reduction in price if they are declined.
Can you make-up my flower girls?
Of course! I love to include the little ones and am pleased to offer complimentary lip-gloss, blusher and shimmery eyeshadow for flower girls and bridesmaids up to age 12. Older bridesmaids will be charged at the full bridesmaid price.
