Oxfordshire Bridal Hair and Makeup Artist featured in Perfect Wedding Magazine

I’m delighted to share that my work as an Oxfordshire Bridal Hair and Makeup Artist has been featured in Perfect Wedding Magazine!

The theme…

The styled shoot was put together by the wonderful Alexandra Bulman from Alexandra Rose Weddings and based on the theme of ‘Old World Charm’. Alexandra chose cranberry, gold and dusty blue as the main colours for the theme, selecting them from the colours at the historic Manor House, The Manor Country House Hotel, Weston on the Green, Oxfordshire.

Alexandra said, “The period features called for a bold palette, so I used golds, cranberry and dusty blue thought the shoot, within the textiles, table decor and floral design. I wanted to create a perfect balance between old world glamour and timeless elegance.”

Look One…

Working with Alexandra’s theme, I created two looks. The first, a strong but subtle makeup with delicious red lips and my signature Hollywood waves. This worked perfectly with ‘Portrait’ from Suzanne Neville, supplied by the fabulous Ellie Sanderson.

Look Two…

The second look was a soft, sleek but slightly undone updo with a pinkier lip. It paired beautifully with a lace detailed, structered dress from Jesus Peiro, also from Ellie Sanderson.
