One of my biggest guilty pleasures whilst we are locked down is the Beauty Pie Dr Glycolic Soft Feet Peel Socks!! My poor feet have been completely unloved over the past couple of years as I have been pregnant and then focusing on delicious new babies. As such I was really suffering with lots of hard skin and generally my feet looking pretty tired. If you’re not familiar with Beauty Pie, do head over here to find out why I rate them so highly.
DR GLYCOLIC SOFT FEET PEEL SOCKS
Now I don’t think that anybody wants to see a before and after of my feet (!) However I cannot say enough good things about the socks. I ordered three pairs as, from reading reviews online, it seemed that it might take a couple of applications to get my toes looking Insta-worthy. I am delighted to report that the Beauty Pie Dr Glycolic Soft Feet Peel Socks are *brilliant*. After one wear of them, lots of the dry patches on my feet quickly peeled off. Someone asked me what it was like and this is the best analogy that I can draw. Possible TMI warning – is that it’s a bit like peeling dried PVA glue off your hands! You’ll either love that or loathe it!
The very hard skin on my heels, while reduced, was still very much there. After a couple of weeks I applied a second set of socks. This has made a massive difference. My feet are now looking summer already!
WHO ARE THESE FOR?
The Beauty Pie Dr Glycolic Soft Feet Peel Socks will be brilliant for brides to be. The same goes for anyone with a special occasion on the horizon too. In fact, anyone who wants to make sure that their feet don’t attract attention for the wrong reasons! I will probably continue to use this in future every couple of months, but particularly if I have a holiday coming up. The only advice that I would have is to make sure that you do it at least two weeks ahead of the big day. This is because your feet do look a bit peely for 7 to 10 days!
FOOTOPIA FOOT AND HEEL CREAM
Now that they are looking so lovely, I am regularly applying Beauty Pie Footopia foot and heel cream to my feet to try and keep them looking as super as possible. This is really deeply nourishing and helps keep the dry skin at bay.
